Military Families
Moves can be really stressful for families, especially families with young children. At LilyFrog, we do everything we can to make the transition easier for both you and your child.
We see the toddler years as a time to support young children’s growing sense of self and to help prepare them for preschool. Through play and exploration, we foster children’s emerging abilities in all areas.

Toddlers like to explore. So, our toddler rooms are bright, colorful and engage every ounce of a child’s curiosity to play and learn. Little ones enjoy open space for physical play, quiet corners for slowing down and snuggling-in with any of our huge variety of books and puzzles, plus toys to stimulate, places to play pretend, sand and water to immerse one’s senses and a band full of instruments for making music.
Learn more about our Toddler Program...
Every day in our toddler daycare, children are expanding their competence and sense of achievement. As children build successes and rise to meet our teachers’ gentle challenges, children learn they can enjoy participating in activities outside of their home. They begin to develop a can-do attitude that will be one of the most important ingredients they will take with them into preschool.
We see the toddler years as a time to support young children’s growing sense of self and to help prepare them for preschool. Through play and exploration, we foster children’s emerging abilities in all areas of Rhode Island's Early Learning and Development Standards: physical health and motor development, social and emotional development, language development, cognitive development, literacy, mathematics, science, and creativity.
